Who we are and what we collect
Effective October 5, 2026. Ashton's Auto Detail LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile and shop-based auto detailing in Decatur, Forsyth, and surrounding areas of Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, photos you send us, and anything you write in a quote request, booking, text, or message.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Website information: like most websites, our site (hosted by Wix) uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google services, to understand site traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use it, and text messages (SMS)
We use your information to give you a quote, schedule and confirm your appointment, perform the service, send invoices and receipts, and follow up after the job; to answer your questions and provide customer support; with your consent, to send occasional reminders, maintenance offers, and promotions; and to improve our website, services, and advertising.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, invoices, follow-ups, review requests, and, if you opted in, occasional offers.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing, your choices, and contact
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example scheduling, payment, texting, accounting, and website hosting providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. Those providers may only use it to perform services for us.
We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet legal requirements.
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
